The interior was amazing, but the bathroom
could use some updates. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the overall ambiance of the hotel was thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciated how the lobby had a great fragrance, creating a calming atmosphere throughout my stay.

Surprised to find a flood in the bathroom due to improper drainage!!! Complicated thermostat system made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Struggled without a functioning phone in the room for important calls!!!

First off, they knew what they were doing. I was greeted by their staff like I was a king returning home. The room was well-decorated and the bathroom had heated floors, which is a touch of class I appreciated you don't find that everywhere. Plus, when I ordered some room service after a long day, it came faster than I'd hoped and was delicious, really hit the spot.
Now, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but I'll say it was worth it.

Gorgeous atmosphere at Azur, with very clean and nicely furnished rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience feel special. However, the bright light next to the bed was quite bothersome at night and the shower handle wasn't fixed during the stay.

We had an awesome time lounging by the heated swimming pool and enjoying drinks at the sky bar with a great vibe. The room lighting was a bit tricky to manage, which made it hard to navigate at night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend checking out the restaurant for dinner! 🍹

Staying in the Turquoise King room was pretty great! The decor was super polished, and I loved how cozy it felt. Big window with a nice view, and the automatic curtains were a cool touch. Everything was clean and had this nice subtle fragrance throughout. The staff were so friendly, making it feel welcoming. I didn’t check out breakfast because of a fire alarm, but it looked good from what I saw. Only downside was the view. I was facing an office building, which wasn’t ideal.

Beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere made for a comforting stay. The convenient location was merely a five-minute walk to the conference center, perfect for my business trip. Enjoyed a delightful experience at the nearby sushi restaurant, thanks to the staff's excellent recommendations. The beds were particularly plush, providing much-needed rest after long days.
